The course is an in-depth understanding of Cultures across the Globe. It provides great and valuable insights into the subtle nuances of doing business and dealing successfully with people from different countries and parts of the world. It helps us build know-how of different cultures, develop sensitivity and respect for other cultures, bring about an awareness of the do's and don'ts, and also prepares us to emerge as a Global Citizen. It makes an expert in interacting and forming relationships with people from different cultures and countries, it helps us succeed in our work and business.  The course has four main aspects:-

Section 1: helps to build an understanding of culture, theories, and elements

Section 2: helps to understand communication, negotiation, barriers, and conflict in different cultures

Section 3: focuses on doing business in different countries and how culture contrasts in these different lands namely China, Japan, America, Africa, India, UK, Europe, Middle East

Section 4: is a fun section with different insights into foods, clothes, salutations, languages

The course helps you to be able to understand your own culture, form a sensitivity and feelings of respect towards other cultures. It empowers you to be able to conduct business, work in different countries and interact with people from different parts of the world without hesitation. It gives you the right knowledge and tools to be able to connect with people and form bonds of mutual respect and establish business relations.
