Living With Fibromyalgia and Related Conditions
Why a Course on Living with Fibromyalgia?
There is no cure for fibromyalgia.
This course will help you understand the complicated spectrum of biological, physical, environmental, nutritional, social, emotional, and even spiritual factors that can influence your condition.
The course combines my personal experience reversing a severe and debilitating fibromyalgia flare-up with my scientific understanding of human biology and the microbiome.
I am hopeful that by sharing the strategies myself and others have used to reduce pain, minimize negative stressors, and keep health care affordable, I can arm you with a smorgasboard of alternative options to consider in conjunction with external advice from health care and financial professionals as you develop your own unique strategy for living with your chronic condition and embracing a healthier, more symptom free lifestyle.
*The content in this course is not intended to replace medical treatment, nor is it designed to diagnose, prevent, treat, or cure disease. Personal health and the factors influencing the success and the affordability of any health care approach are complex. The results and testimonies shared herein are unique to individual circumstances. Because each of our situations is unique, there is no guarantee that you will experience the same results by making any of the changes identified herein.
