Language (Linguistics): The way you treat others in conversations has little to do with your past experiences with them. Sounds weird, but it will become very clear that there is a much more powerful driver that influences how you treat them.

Emotions and Moods: What are emotions? What’s the difference between emotions and moods? When we have conversations, does our emotional state matter? Yes, in a big way.

Body Language: What are the four basic body language dispositions, and what good does each one serve? Is there a connection between body language, emotions/moods, and language? Definitely.

Structure for a Conversation: Is there a structure that works for virtually all conversations? Yes. In fact, this structure will result in you being able to simultaneously have consistently positive outcomes and empower others.

Bonus: You will also receive the key slides used in this program to help you practice your awareness and skills, and even teach others.
