The Korean martial art of Traditional Tang Soo Do is not only about punching and kicking but for its practitioners, it is a lifestyle, improving every area of their life.  Traditional Tang Soo Do focuses on personal development, efficient self-defense, and does not train for competition or sport.  It seeks mastery of technique and skill, putting quality over quantity. The journey begins at White Belt, building a solid foundation upon which all other techniques build.  In this course, Kevin will teach you;


  • The history of Tang Soo Do

  • The tenets and code of the Tang Soo Do warrior.

  • Basic Stances

  • Basic techniques of Tang Soo Do.

  • Basic form #1 - Kicho hyung Il Bu.

This course is complete with detailed written and video instruction and includes quizzes to test your knowledge.  Once you have completed this course you will have a good understanding of the history and tenets of Tang Soo  Do, as well as the very basic techniques and first form, preparing you for part 2.

Remember, that every master in every martial art in the world began as a white belt, right where you are today.  Through consistent practice and dedication, they were able to master the techniques at each level and achieve success in their art and in life.
