Yoga Nidra is an ancient Indian Art of Conscious Relaxation and often takes you to the fourth state of your mind. In this state of mind, you feel extremely relaxed and receptive which is an ideal condition to reprogram your sub conscious mind. You are required to think of a Sankalpa or a Resolution representing your goal and this ancient tantra or technology helps you to manifest your goal.
