I have 3 boys.

One who I adopted as a teenager, my middle son has autism, and my youngest has a high power need.

I use these tools daily to help me connect on a deeper level with my kids and it works. Choices are my favorite go to. They allow them to be in control of their environment while I control the choices. Both of our needs are met.
