Rhythm Guitar Lessons : Secret to Learning New Guitar Chords

RHYTHM Guitar Lessons New Formula Shortcut  to Play Guitar Chords

Rhythm Guitar Shape Shortcut  :  A New Way to Look at Guitar  !  Guitar Lessons  :  Guitar Chords  :  Beyond the Basics

This Guitar lesson is for guitarists of any skill level that would like to learn a new formula for Guitar Chords that shortcuts into easy I-IV-V chord transitions in shapes you may know, but don't realize can be played in different positions.

This course is divided into two parts: The D-A-F Chord Formula and how to apply them to the I-IV-V Chord Family.

The D-A-F formula will show you how to play major chords in at least three different places on the fretboard-NOT BARRE Chords! These simple chord shapes are an effective way of playing chords in alternative positions on the fretboard quickly, and easily. If you don't know this trick, you will find it an invaluable tool to add to your jamming and songwriting toolbox!

Students should have basic knowledge of guitar chords, and at least some familiarity with Barre chords

By the end of this course, you will easily be able to identify how to play major chords in any key using A shape, F shape, and D shape chords

The second part of this lesson builds upon the D-A-F formula to show you how to use partial chords to play I-IV-V progressions in any key.

This course is an informative and amazing update to Jim's original best-selling original course : The DAF Chord Trick (NO Longer available on Udemy.)

"This course is great! It gave me a bunch of new ideas that I use all the time when creating new parts when I am recording., When I'm trying new parts, I always jump through the DAF chord trick sequence I learned from Jim-thanks for teaching me this!"
