In this course, we’ll go through the process of learning what a competency is, its components, and how it is linked to interviewing. I’ll also walk you through the process of writing competency-based interview questions and developing a rating scale for each one.

The techniques I will show you are practical and hands-on so you can start applying them as soon as you’ve finished the course. The course also includes some downloadable resources to help you get started on your competency-based interviewing journey.

When you complete this course, you’ll have the knowledge and tools to design interviews that are objective, consistent, and aligned to the performance requirements at your company.
