If you want to work as a Contact Tracer helping to stop the spread of the current COVID-19 global pandemic and similar viral threats, then this is the only course you need to get you on your way. This course will introduce you to key concepts of contact tracing and its importance as a public health strategy to reduce transmission of diseases like COVID-19 and equip you to join a team of contact tracers. At 4 hours, this course is what you need to know to prepare you to be an effective Contact Tracer, even if you have no prior experience.

With a series of videos, articles, and other resources you will be engaged from start to finish building the skills and knowledge necessary to work as a Contact Tracer. Your completion of this interactive course will enable you to serve as a contact tracer and solve a critical workforce need during a public health crisis. This course comprises required learning modules and assessments that will take you approximately four hours to complete.
