This course will take your practice beyond the physical aspect of yoga, to deepen your connection to your inner, spiritual self. You'll discover how to layer asana with mental, emotional and energetic practices, allowing you to release stress and anxiety and increase happiness, joy and your sense of purpose in life.

There are 6 full length classes in total (30-60 min long) and they are all yin yoga combined with affirmations to a specific mental health related theme.

We'll go over:

  • Gaining Confidence for self-esteem and to belief more in yourself

  • Releasing Stress & Anxiety for calmness and peace of mind

  • Finding Kindness & Ease for self-love and acceptance

  • Increasing Happiness for joy and optimism

  • Initiating Emotional Healing to balance the way you feel

  • Cultivating Inner Peace for inner awareness and emotional freedom

This is a very special series that allows you to take your (yin) yoga practice deeper than just the physical aspect. I'll see you on the mat!
