Do you simply wish you were better at those times around the dinner table when sharing a story about your day or your family is the best next thing you could offer?

The Story Sandwich is a simple, straightforward strategy for how to construct a true, personal story for any occasion, personal or professional. How much do you love sandwiches? So do I! They’re compact, well organized, and delicious—just like a good true, personal story!

In the Story Sandwich curriculum, which is broken up into six modules, we use Theresa’s story, a story I coached for an event as a launching off place to break down the components of a good story. From there, we discuss how to construct your Story Sandwich, including a strong first and last line, which are like the pieces of bread that hold a sandwich together. We also talk about
